Base Consumption
Every target collected adds a fixed amount to your base score and increases your length by exactly one grid unit.
Master the neon grid. Navigate through tightening spaces, adapt to accelerating speeds, and strategize your route as every pixel consumed increases the danger. The rules are simple, but the mastery is endless.
SnakeLoop uses a strict grid-based movement engine, updated to run at variable tick rates. As you progress, the time between movements shortens, demanding faster reflexes. Turning mechanics are buffered to prevent missed inputs during high-speed maneuvers.
Survival requires spatial awareness. The game enforces strict collision detection against the outer perimeter and the snake's ever-growing tail. Trapping yourself is the most common failure state as the play area dynamically shrinks.
Glowing neon targets spawn randomly across the grid. Each target consumed not only increases your score but also triggers a temporary speed boost, requiring split-second adjustments to your trajectory.
With every target consumed, your snake's tail extends. What starts as a nimble entity quickly becomes a massive, screen-filling obstacle. Managing your own length is the ultimate test of spatial awareness.
Scoring isn't just about eating; it's about speed and efficiency. Understand the reward structure to climb the global leaderboards.

Collect consecutive targets rapidly to build your multiplier. The combo meter depletes steadily between captures.
Playing close to the walls rewards extra points. The closer your path to a fatal collision, the higher the ambient score tick.
